Recommended Keybindings?

I've just got a standard keyboard and mouse

I'm using standard WASD for movement and mouse for camera, but having camera and abilities with the mouse isn't good, and keys outside the WASD range (like numbers 7 through =) are inefficient for me

I would love to see any recommended bindings, just even in general, like YGHJ for movement with surrounding keys for abilities, etc.

***this is in PVP because the standard setup is fine for PVE, but not PVP.
