Cant promote Guildmember (after Server Transfers)

So we got a few Members that recently switched servers(from "Brutwacht" to "Gelidra" and back), and we cant promote this Members in the Guild on Brutwacht.

Now, if thats the reason maybe, we got a guild with the same name on Gelidra as we have on Brutwacht.

The error message we get is, " The target is not in your guild". We tryed everything we could think of, talking to the live chat(who was telling us to make a ticket since they cant solve that), join a diff guild and come back to ours, etc. but its still the same error.

We got 2 Tickets running, but i thought better be save and made that thread also, since the bug is kinda annoying.

Ps;

So we just got the livechat to promote 2 of the members, after 1 of our "offis" talked to them, but its still an kinda annoying bug after all.
