Tank HK relic and greater essence procs.

I was wondering if anybody else noticed certain, uhm, inconsistencies in how HK defensive procs and greater essence procs work. I've got a few hours worth of combat logs and can find no mention of neither my shield (Cradif, the Ubreached - warrior relic from HK), nor my weapon (Algoth, the Soul Guard - rogue relic from IGP) proccing the shield and/or incoming healing buff. The same goes for my greater essence - Stormsource of Cloudy Insight - no mention of the endurance buff. T1 trinket's shield procs without any issues.

I know that healing greaters show up in combat logs - I spent quite a bit of time looking over parses on PT trying to find a clue that would help me figure out what's going on. Endurance procs from ranged weapons appear there as well. I assumed the tanking greater's proc (I believe it's simply called "Stormsource") would show up too, but perhaps this assumption is incorrect.

I'm also curious what is the expected outcome of the interaction between the weapon and the shield, seeing as their procs are identical (and different from the trinket's proc). I remember it being said that identical procs increased the proc chance, but I think that was in the context of greaters. On the other hand, there's a thread somewhere reporting that identical DPS weapon procs did not like each other very much and the one from the most recently equipped item disabled the one from the item that had already been equipped.

And one last question - what are the shield and healing procs from T2 relic shields and rogue weapon (and I guess mage staff and primalist something) called?
