[suggestion] ah improvement

I'll suggest two points:
- do not autorefresh ah list after buyout any item just exclude it from existed list (or reduce count of it).
- group identical items in ah list (see attached).
for sample, if you'll try to find "Thalasite Crystal" in ah, you'll get a lot of "Recut Thalasite Crystal" and forced skip few lists of it, before you'll find exactly what you need.
other sample, when you'll request artifact list, you may get a lot of shuffled identical items.
