Add a vote resign option to warfronts

pls, no.

there are too many quitters in this game already. they should be discouraged, not encouraged.

if you were to have a resign option, it wouldn't just be used on miss matched games, but every game.
it would rare for any game to last longer than the first engagement + the time it takes to click "Yes! I am a loser, get me out of here!"
