Stuck in tempest bay at level 4

I was in the defiant tutorial zone (terminus) and used the item to teleport myself to tempest bay. Now I'm stuck there because I don't have any other porticulums unlocked... Can someone teleport my character back to the tutorial or at least freemarch? My name is Abdalor, a Bahmi warrior on Brisesol (EU).
