Zaviel LF English-speaking EU guild raiding or striving towards raiding T3

Hi,

I'm looking for a guild that is either already raiding T3, or is close to doing so. I know about Last Dawn, Stack on 8, Fires of Heaven and Apotheosys, however the first two are currently pretty full on raiders and the last two are a bit too hardcore (9 hours of raiding daily and/or waking up at 4 am for world first? no thanks). I have quite a few guildless friends that are looking for a guild where they can progress t3, so even if you're currently unable to fill up a T3 raid but still want to do so in the near future (say 1-2 weeks), please tell me your guildname and a bit about your current T3-readiness situation
