Does the Ultimate Nightmare Edition on sale for $75.00(sale price) come with any patron time?
or do any of the Nightmare packs on sale come with any patron time?

I am pretty new to the game, and need earring slots. Would love to have the Thresher mount but not sure jumping from a $12.50 or $25.00 (sale prices) packs to the $75.00 is worth it. Can anyone explain if the additional items in the Ultimate edition($75.00 sale price) from the Infusion edition($25.00 sale price) is worth $50.00 more?

Also the Infusion and Ultimate editions come with the free level 60 boost (can anyone confirm this is tradeable or can be sold) I have already hit 65 so would be nice if could sell it in AH for plat. Some have said they use to be able to sell them but thought it cant be anymore?
