... or at least in my opinion is.
I recently played Archage and one of the good features in this MMO was the questing system where you can turn in your quest even if you haven't complete the quest; you get half of the reward - money/exp and so on, but at least it counts as "completed"
I was wondering is it possible to be implemented in Rift (not for the normal quests - they're just fine as it is), but for the weeklies? I am pretty sure many players will be happy to hear this. I know in patch 3.5 we get some nerfs about some of the weeklies, but to me it seems not enough, and not everyone can play this game 24/7 in order to complete all weeklies, not to mention how boring can be... i know, i know it's an MMO and the rewards shouldn't be given like a candy i understand that, but think about for a minute here...
IF this can be implemented in Rift, we get:
- Once you kill 3 commanders and say... 50 mobs for Aquias Avenger weekly, the weekly will activate as "ready to be turned in as completed", and if you do so you'll get 30% of the rewards, marks, exp.
- If you complete only 10 adventures for Spirit of Adventure weekly, the weekly will activate as "ready to be turned in as completed" and if you do so you'll get 30% of the rewards, marks, exp.
- If you kill 200 players in PvP for Carnage of Ascended weekly, the weekly will activate as "ready to be turned in as completed" and if you do so you'll get 30% of the rewards, marks, exp.
Well you get the idea of this. I know im pulling some numbers/rates of my azz, but all this can be adjusted, IF possible.
Bottom line: i believe this is a win win situation for us, guys. And mostly for the players that can't afford to play Rift 24/7 and be on the weeklies all the time, because it's time consuming.
Should you decide to turn in this weekly half completed? Well it's up to you, BUT at least you'll get some reward for the efforts you put in every weekend. Won't be much, but it counts...

A good solution (for the weeklies)
