I've imported a great set of Kalerts for Inquisitor but can't get the Unified Theory alert to proc. It's suppose to appear when Life and Death Concord reaches 4 stacks. In fact, I don't see Unified Theory on any of mine or the targets bars as a buff. What am I missing?
