Hey all,
Some much-needed changes in this update, some parsing work behind the scenes and some performance tracking over time. There are a number of things that missed out in being included in this update, particularly leaderboards for support players. I haven't forgotten about you!
Sessions:
Session detail pages, like this one, now include two ranks for each successful encounter - the rank by kill time and the rank by raid DPS. This is really just to give you an idea of how the encounter fares compared to others already logged without having to go to any other comparison pages.
The 'find a session' menu has been removed, but if you'd still like to look for sessions by a boss or instance, type the boss name or instance into the search box and hit enter / click Search
Guilds:
Guild rosters are now sorted by player name rather than rank, so when promoting and demoting players, the list won't jump around and re-sort itself
Within the raid progression panel (here's an example), bosses are broken into the varying difficulty settings, and encounters with only one difficulty are considered 'Normal'
The raid progression panel now includes links to track guild performance over time on a specific encounter, as well as player performance over time. Clicking one of the links as shown in the previous image will take you to a page that will show a whole bunch of stats, and performance over time tracking.
This sort of detail will eventually make its way across to the encounter rank / record pages as well.
That's it for the changes for 1.1.6 - as mentioned before, there are plenty more in the works as far as performance over time tracking goes, and some support class leaderboards will pop up at some point in the near future as well.
I'm still intending on keeping PT free while I can, but if you find the site useful, it'd be awesome to consider throwing a small donation at teh turtles! If you'd like to, you'll find a button on the menu bar up the top.
As always, if something breaks or you have ideas for features, any other suggestions, PM me here or email me at hewi@prancingturtle.com
