Mathosia - How to make it relevant again.

My suggestion will probably get some flak. But here goes..

*Take Mathosia and all of its instances out of the game. (Temporarily)
*Change Storm Legion zones/npc's into levels 1-60 zones/npc's.
*Bring Mathosia and it's instances back at a later date as end-game content.
