Jynxed is a semi-hardcore raiding guild with an emphasis on progression while also maintaining a fun and friendly environment for raiders. There is and will be no drama in this guild.
Current Recruiting Needs
We are currently looking for 1 DPS with 1400 hit, preferably a Rogue or a Mage.
Raiders will be judged primarily on 4 factors:
Attendance - Minimum 75% attendance is required but 90%+ is preferred.
Preparation - Must have knowledge and expertise of all specs and rotations necessary for each raid fight. Also must know strats and watched videos for progression fights.
Performance - Mechanics! You must be able to stay alive to be able to help the raid. DPS is also important but only when the raid is faced with DPS checks/enrage timers.
Personality - Ultimately we're looking for people that we enjoy raiding with.
Raid Days and Times
Team Tech - Wed/Sun/Mon 5-8pm Server
Rift is a game. Our primary goals in raiding are to have fun and kill stuff. There is no calling out of people when they make mistakes. We progress as a team. If the team feels that someone is underperforming, I will speak to that person in private. If there's a night where we aren't making any progress and people are starting to get frustrated, I won't hesitate to call raid early. In that instance, we will review our videos and try to talk through the strat to see if we can do something better.
Miscellaneous Info
Loot System - Suicide Kings. It's simple to use, friendly to new raiders and loot gets distributed evenly.
