Changing UI scale from out of game

HI all,

So, i'm feeling kind of dumb. I changed the UI scale to ridiculously huge and now I can't change it back because the menu is too big to all fit on the screen. Is it possible to change the UI scale without being in the game? I've tried deleting rift.cfg but that didn't fix it.
