Primalists warmongers weapons

I would like to know why even though primalists are forced to use 2h's, that we dont get the option to choose a 2h with a ice zerker proc when almost every other class have that choice if they want the ice shard proc or the ice zerker proc. I feel as if primalists are missing out on this patch.
