PTW Re-active Glitched

So I have this weird issue in the Plane Touched Wilds.

The re-active to jump out of the canyons errors that I don't have a target. I can get it to work by targeting myself then clicking it.

I know this is not how it is supposed to work, neither my son nor my wife have to do this on their characters.

Addons, no addons, every spec, every shard. Its just a permanent feature of the re-active for my character. Can log out, log in my wife's or son's account and character and it works perfect on the same computer.

I sent in a ticket, response is to report it as a bug, reported as bug, response is need more detail.. lol there is no more detail. I go to PTW jump in a canyon I have to click myself then the button to get out.

I have repaired files, loaded the game with no addons. I renamed the entire \Documents\RIFT folder and had Rift create bare new folders. Tried it in every spec I have.

Only thing I haven't tried is to see if it happens on my alts too, been lazy with them and none but my main has even been to PTW.

Anyone think of something else I can try on my own?

Edit: Also probably just super bad RNG but I have never got the poison artifact buff either. I don't go artifact hunting but pick up any I see. So probably a few dozen or so shinies.
