Wardrobe Questions

My apologies if this is the wrong forum for this question. I couldn't find a forum suited for this topic.

I've just returned to the game after a hiatus of 1-1/2 years and noticed that the wardrobe has changed quite a bit. Is there a reliable link/website I can use to read up on the changes?

My primary question is: once an item's appearance is in the wardrobe, can I sell/disassemble it?
