I come seeking assistance for a friend of mine. She and her husband are receiving a #2025 error that is preventing them from logging on to Glyph. They would like to have this issue resolved as soon as possible because they are missing out on their Fae Yule dailies and their patron gifts as well. The character's name in question is Starryana-Faeblight.
They have been attempting to log in all day and as a result have been unable to submit a ticket themselves. If there is any solution possible, please suggest so ASAP. Thank you again for your time and assistance.
