REX credits problem

I have a little problem with the amount of credits I got from a REX.
I bought a REX in the AH a couple hours ago.
I tried to consume it, but I got an error message, saying there was a problem and I should try again later. The REX disappeared from my inventory and was sent to my mail box.
I then tried again some minutes later and got the same result. Did this like 3 more times, but still got error message.

I restarted my game and glyph client, and I finally got it to work.

Now, the problem is: I got 12.5k credits from that single REX and I think thats not how it's suppossed to work.

So.. should I send a ticket? Should I spend the credits? Do you think I will get banned ? lol

(Sorry if something doesn't make sense, English is not my first lenguaje)

Edit: Actually, the amout of credits i got is around 11k. Not so sure about how much credits I had before.
