wiz/hit at 65

I was just curious of some of the ways to hit the wisdom min stat to enter the storm legion expert dungeons. Getting the hit wasnt much of an issue really with rust bucket and some of those guides but i havn't really seen anything on getting the wisdom up. Ive upgraded all my essences and gear but im still struggling at 3300. are runes my next option? just wondering if there was a cheaper alternative ? thanks
