It is really a minor problem, but it can become really annoying. When you type the first letter, it automatically suggests you one of your friends\guildies\alts as a recipient. A very nice feature with one tiny flaw. It has no logic. Here's why. I have an alt, which I don't really play but use her quiet often during events, or as a second crafter. She's intentionally not in my guild (yay for an additional guild vault). So I mail lots of stuff to my main, and every single time the mail would suggest anyone but my main's name.
1) it doesn't count how often you play that toon, it can be the main you spend most of the time on, but the mail would still suggest someone else. Why?
2) it suggests toons that are no longer on your friend list, or in your guild, or in your main's guild, or even in the game!
- almost every time I try mailing stuff to my main it would suggest an alt's name that has been deleted ages ago.
-if it's not an alt's name, it would suggest a toon that has been in my main's guild for a while but is no longer in that guild or on the main's friend list.
And that's only because they share two first letters. Why wouldn't it suggest the main's name first, still remains a mystery to me. So far the only solution I found was sending an empty mail from my main to all my alts so they would reply to it every time they wanna mail something. But that doesn't solve the problem in general - the autofill tool is supposed to help me, not make me grrr.
So, if there is no in-game cure for it (I assume there isn't), maybe there's a way to tweak something so that this system would start working properly? Like, make it suggest the toons you interact with\play often, like guildies and people that are actually on your list, not some long deleted alts or people who left years ago. I love the idea of it, but the way it works right now is more annoying than helpful.
Thanks!
