Crashing upon entering Draumheim

Hello,

As of this morning, when I attempt to log into my character in Margle Palace, the game crashes. This is not the case for an alt in a different zone. I've tried disabling my add-ons but this hasn't helped.

What can I do?

Edit: is it possible to get a GM to move me without logging into the game? I don't think I need to be in Margle Palace.
