Mage Tanking.

So I recently got Arbiter and played around with it, and it sure was fun. But I am having trouble deciding over which sub-souls to use.

There are a few variants: lock/sc, harb/sc, chon/sc. I understand that sc is there for the damage reduction, lock for the charge gain and 10% base health, harb for dodge (but apparently it is only rather useful if you are up against physical damage with multiple mobs?), chon for searing vitality as it gives actual endurance unlike lock's which is 10% base health.

Other than that, I don't really understand the rotations for ST and/or AoE fights, as many of the skills require charge, so I suppose you're to spam charge consumers till charge runs out then charge builder and so on and so forth?

Really appreciated some tips/advice/anything regarding this.
