I was looking over the masteries to see the new perks that come along with them. I have a question about a level 65 mastery. I see Savage Blow doesnt have a perk to go along with it like the clerics 65 equivalent. Intended? Or is it going to get a perk along with it? In its current state, it is worthless to pick up at all.
