Did reaver dots not get upgraded with 3.4?

I see all the nerfs. I thought our dots were supposed to get a slight dps upgrade to offset some of this? I see Shadow Strike was upgraded. But what happened to the dots doing more damage?

Did reaver dots not get upgraded with 3.4?
