Ctrl modifier on 3rd mouse button

Hi, i started playing rift again and tried to make the same binds / macros i had in wow.

The Ctrl modifier works, but once i press the 3rd button on my mouse (Ctrl) i cannot press anything else in game.
Here's the macro :

#show Tyranny of Death
suppressmacrofailures
cast [CTRL] Tyranny of Death
cast Disintegration

Is there a way to fix this ?
