Question: Liberator Skills affecting

Hello Warriors,

i have a question. Does the Skill "Contingency Planning" affect the Healing that comes with "Comfort Zone"?

Iam trying to figure out for a hybrid build, if the results i gain from "Contingency Planning - Increases area of effect healing and absorption by 15%" is better than putting 5 Points into "Optimism - Increases healing and absorption by 5%".

Iam not ingame atm so i can't parse, maybe some of you got experience with it.
