cant log into glyph, but i can on websites.

I cannot log into my glyph, it tells me 'authentication failed please check email or password'

my password is right, and my email is right also, i can log into the websites but it just wont let me log onto glyph, so i can't log in and play Rift. I've also used my friends computer and my brothers computer in the same household on my internet and my account works fine on theirs, just wont work on my glyph at all.

I've tried so many different solutions.
