Returning player, what's new?

Hey everyone how's it going? Just around the time 3.0 was getting ready to come out my poor computer crapped out on me and since then I've been using an old toaster that wasn't capable of running rift. Well I've finally got something that can handle it again and I'm curious as to the state of the game now.

Mostly I'd like to know of any major changes or additions and the general state of the classes. I mained a Mage before I had to quit but had each class at 60 (the lvl cap at the time I left) so with the cap being raised and old gear not mattering anymore is there one class sitting a bit above the others?

Returning player, questions about healing classes and specs.

Questions about healing: I'm a returning player with a level 60 of each class. I have all souls available. With that said, I have a few questions about what the best healing class would be in different situations when I reach level 65.
1- best healing spec for running expert dungeons (I find this fun)
2- best healing spec for single target healing
3- best healing spec for AoE healing (in general, or in big groups)
4- best healing spec for pvp
5- best healing spec to just dick around and be able to lololol top healing meters in big groups
6- what is your personal favorite healing spec, and why?

Hello guys, i left rift about a year ago and now i wanna return to the game, so b4 getting into what i wanna know, i just wanna say that the only reason i left rift in the first place was beacuse i was sitting in the main city downing nothing all day and i kept Qing for battlegrounds while it was ultra fun at first when i hit 60, by time i got bored, there were no open world wars between the 2 factions or anything, hell in all my plvl to 60 i never met a character from the opposite faction so my questions are and i am sorry for explaning all the boring story.

1) what is the most populated server where there are ALOT of open world pvp between the 2 factions instead of just Qing for battlegrounds?

I want an EU server too pls, better ping =)

2)can i transfer my old character to a new server?

3) i used to play Rogue, how are rouges now, or should i start a new server with a new character and if so any suggestions?

thx in advance guys for taking the time to read this and reply, i really hope there is a very populated server, and i am sorry i dont know which server i used to play at, as i am dling the game now i cant look =/. thx again ^^

I started this game in 2013 as a Necromancer. I remember this game not being so cookie-cutter like WOW has become and in the midst of being burnt out on both WOW and Dragon's Prophet, I am redownloading. ^_^

Some things that sticks out in my mind that I have is my beloved Shaper Beast as well as the variety of paths you can take to customize how you want to play your toon.
