Make the carnage quests a once a month redo quest.
If you've done all quests & carnage quests in an area theres no need to go back there, and less active things to do besides dungeons & raids (which i personally dont do)
I'd like to be able to go back to Goboro Reef etc and redo the carnage quests. or even brevan/dusken if we get void stones.
