Am I missing something?

I'm a bit curious to know if I'm missing something, or if there is a bug with the weapon VFX? When I try to place one of the buffs on my costume weapons, it will place on my main hand, but if I try to place on my off hand, it says it needs to be used on a different type of item. Is this intended? The buffs work perfectly fine on my real weapons. Has anyone else had this issue?

Am I missing something?

I'm an avid artifact hunter and ever since PtW launched I have been artifact hunting specifically in that zone.

All told I've found two different puzzle pieces, which yes are "epic", but have not found any actual epic artifacts to add to a collection.

This seems odd given the time I've put in and how many new sets are available. I see many epic PtW artifacts in the AH, and yet after filling my bags up multiple times week after week have not found a single one.

So am I missing something? Are epic PtW artifacts in a special area or exceptionally hard to come by?
