If it is the Steam version, there is no repair option.

Find the file "glyphclient.cfg" in your Rift\Glyph directory, open it and remove this line:

SingleGameId=1

Then restart Glyph and you should see the games on the left you can right click and choose Repair.
Once done, just put the line back to see the other launcher without the extra games.

PS: NEVER USE THE VALIDATE CACHE OPTION IN STEAM FOR RIFT (or any game with it's own launcher/update system). It will revert your install to an older patch version.
