25,000 Frags of Madness taken from account due to DC

Im a level 65 warrior, at about 9.32am GMT I thought id look at the new equipment on rift storewhich has only just come into the game, and how much it cost to get it, the new axe is 50,000 marks, then many of my guild went crashed in guild chat, my game disconnected too,
when I logged back in, I had lost 25,000 marks which took me MONTHs to grind, and in my bag was a useless level 65 ROGUE bow from the store I don't even need. I thought wow what a 1 in a million bad luck chance to dc right at moment I was browsing store, I will just resell it for my makrs, but as I had DCd, trion had removed the buy back from the item even tho I logged back in like 1min later after dc, and it was resell for only 5pp, so I have lost 25,000 Frags, can sum1 return my frags plz so I can continue saving up for the 2 hand axe? live chat is down atm
