Also, what does an additional tier of PvP gear get you? More bolstering issues. As a PvPer in this PvE game, you should want Trion to work on fixing bolstering issues rather than wanting something that could increase the chances of more bolstering issues. Personally, I think the PvP bolster cap should go up once per expansion.

The issue with raising the bolster cap is that it also increases the gear gap so it becomes less about skill and more about gear (more so than it already is). If you wanted to raise the bolster cap but not affect the gear gap, you would have to raise the gear floor, effectively accomplishing nothing.
