If I were to guess, this is likely related to the other World Event related issues we have been observing on Laethys.We have been adding some logging diagnostics under the hood to try and pinpoint what is going astray (and why it is Laethys that seems to be the center for these difficulties), but we are still investigating and do not have an ETA for a fix at this time.If you hop to another shard, you should be able to find the rings you seek until then.*edit* Snedhepl responds faster than I do.
